Frequently Asked

Questions

OUR NUMBER ONE QUESTION:

What makes you different than using a sale barn?

We personally sort and evaluate cattle. With 50+ years of combined experience, you’re utilizing seasoned cattlemen who know the market, know cattle, and know quality when they see it.

  • We stand behind the quality.

  • Buyers can inspect.

  • We work equally for seller and buyer.

  • We can choose what we represent — we’re not forced to take everything that walks in.

This is relationship/quality-focused marketing, not ring-based selling.

  • Seasonally, you’ll see:

    • More bred cows in the winter months

    • More pairs in the spring

    • A mix depending on sourcing location

    • Open recips always available

We work with quality-focused producers and only handle cattle we would stand behind ourselves. If it doesn’t fit our standards, we won’t represent it.

If you’re looking for something specific, call or text us. If it’s out there, we’ll help you find it.

  • Yes.

Buyers are welcome to inspect cattle before finalizing the deal. We’re not a sale barn — you’re not buying blind or taking what runs through the ring.

    You can:

    • Visit in person (location dependent)

    • Request additional video

    • Ask for specific close-ups or sorting footage

Our goal is transparency and confidence before money changes hands.

  • To reserve a lot, we require a $5,000 flat deposit through the website.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. You place the deposit on our online platform.

    2. We immediately confirm availability and delivery timing.

    3. Final payment is typically handled by wire transfer. (About 95% of our deals are wired.) We will discuss final payment terms and methods prior to shipping.

    4. We coordinate trucking and paperwork alongside you, if requested.

The deposit secures the lot while we finalize details. If for any reason a lot becomes unavailable before confirmation, your deposit is refunded promptly.

We do not process full lot payments online — deposits only.

  • Yes — we coordinate trucking on about 95% of our transactions.

We work with many trucking operations we trust and use regularly. We’ll:

    • Confirm delivery window

    • Schedule load-out

    • Coordinate with seller and trucker

    • Keep you informed

Freight is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

Our goal is to make delivery simple and organized — not something you have to chase down.

  • We’ll need:

    • Buyer’s legal name

    • Complete destination address

    • Contact information

We handle coordination with the seller and veterinarian to prepare required health documentation based on destination state regulations.

Interstate requirements vary, and we make sure the paperwork is handled correctly before cattle move.
